Shelf life 
We recommend consuming NobleWay Seitan within 2 weeks of manufacturing, remove outer packaging and refrigerate. NobleWay Seitan can be frozen to extend the shelf life  for up to 6 months, thaw at room Temperature. NobleWay Seitan is not suitable for microwave.
