Our Story

 

NobleWay Foods is Vegan inspired. We produce delicious Artisan Seitan in small batches to order. Seitan (pronounced SAY-tan) also known as wheat meat is made from protein fractions. Seitan is a champion source of protein and easy to digest.

 

NobleWay Foods Seitain is low in sodium and non GMO. Our delicious range of Artisan Seitan includes

• Noble Sicilian

• Noble Garlic bites

 

We have consciously avoided any meat association i.e. polonies, steaks, chicken in labeling our authentic Seitan. NobleWay Foods Seitan is now available to order per roll.

 

Only fresh and high quality ingredients are used with no preservatives added.

 

Seitan is a non-meat alternative that is high in protein, low in carbo-hydrate and fat. Seitan has been a staple food among Vegan monks of China/Japan and Russian wheat farmers.

Seitan is an ancient food that addresses modern nutrition. Human being protein needs might be small yet we still look for and enjoy a protein source that is satisfying and nutritious. Seitan stands in for meat in many recipes and is gaining popularity as more people choose meatless meals. Seitan is not suitable for those with gluten allergies.
